Lock out Facebook from home PC

How can I go about locking out Facebook from my home PC, that and MSN Messenger / yahoo / youtube etc.

Kids are spending too much time on these activities, time to start doing schoolwork!

If you are behind a router .. you can "try" to block it by using your router's controls .. remember, these controls are really very basic and easily bypassed.

Be careful. A controlled program of withdrawal is advised. Cold turkey withdrawal from Facebook can cause violent and unpredictable reactions.
