Auto Print Emails

I know you can make a rule in Outlook so that any "" that comes in, set to automatically print.

But is there a 3rd party application out there (preferably free) that will work with Gmail or yahoo?

Worse comes to worse, I can always have them use Outlook and import the gmail account into there and use the rule. But, I was first curious if anyone had a recommendation for a free app that worked with GMAIL or Yahoo.

Many thanks.

I don't have an answer, but I'd like to discuss the basic premise.

Why would you want to print EVERY email that comes in? Computers are SUPPOSED to reduce paper use. It's ridiculous to print spam. Is it that difficult to screen the email and only print what's absolutely necessary?

I guess it wouldn't be every email. More like every email that has the subject "Online Order" or something like that. Hence the "rule" in outlook.

Yes. It will be generated from an online form. So it will always be the same subject and only that subject.

I just Googled gmail yahoo auto print and came up with quite a few hits.

However, Gmail is Outlook-compatible, and so is Yahoo if you have a Plus account.

Yeah, my google searches came back but with stuff I have to buy or poorly rated / non-rated apps.

I think I am just going to go the way of Outlook and run their GMAIL thru it and use Outlooks rule feature.
