retrieving emails and contacts from incredimail

One of my computers crashed.. BIOS failed. so got another computer and configured the hard drive from the old computer as slave. Question is how do I get my email contacts and emails from the old hard drive to the new one. I opened incredimail on the new computer and tried to import the files across to the new computer but the files were empty. Where does incredimail store the emails and contact addressed and is it possible to transfer them to my new computer, if so how do I do it. I have some important emails I need to retrieve and contact addresses.
any help would be appreciated on this.

They're kept here : IncrediMail, an alternative e-mail client with rich multimedia capabilities, usually stores your e-mail under the following folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\IM\Identities\
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\
