Hi, Can any body tell me that which emailing system is better ? Web based or emailing software or can recommend any website to get the answer.....Thanks

I use a combination of web email and an email client. Gmail with POP3 access on Thunderbird. That provides local access and local backup, as well as web access when needed.

Thanks for the reply, but the thing is that on corporate level is it secure to use web based mailing system?

Sure. You can enable HTTPS on your account:
http://www.quickonlinetips.com/archi...e-https-gmail/ And enable SSL for POP3 in your mail client. But...if your business's internet usage policies state that you can't use webmail or aren't allowed to use certain software, then you will have to adhere to that. |
