"stamp"?
If you're just looking to edit the ID3 tags, pretty much any music player will do it these days (iTunes, Winamp, Songbird, etc). And then there's dedicted apps for tagging like MP3Tag

Ya MP3Tag seems to do the trick for me. The main thing for me is embedding my DJ logo to my MP3s so when people play the music on there IPODs or ZUNE it will display my logo.
another question to this effect ? Is there an editor that will secure an MP3 to only be burned once. Kinda like copy protecting the MP3.... I copy rite the remixes that I make but would still be nice if I could add that extra layer of protection. I mean for the average computer user. An advanced computer user will easily find there way around anything. |

That's called DRM (Digital Rights Management)
Honestly, I dislike it. |

Can't attach rights restrictions to MP3 files that I know of.
That is one of the big attractions for it - as a user - I can copy it where I want to, burn a CD, move to another computer, etc. And it always works. Rights go with the formats like Windows Media - WMA or Itunes formats AAC. How you lock up your own files, I don't know. I have gripes about the negatives of the DRM used on WMA files, as it applies to music tracks I had PURCHASED and can no longer play. But I won't go into it here. Pat |
