How do you register using Simple Machines forum software?
I see more and more forums are using the free Simple Machines forum template, but I've never been able to make it work. It'll ask you to provide a username/password, email, etc, then sends a confirmation email requiring you to click a link. Once you enter the confirmation site and enter your username/password, it just say's you need to verify your email address. It's an endless loop. The confirmation email say's "Should you have any problems with activation, please use the code "2c4489246c", but doesn't say where to put it. Of coarse, their support forum uses the same program, so that's dead end. Has anyone else had a problem with this software? Thanks.

Nope, never had a problem with it. Is this a problem on an installtion you set up, or someone's site?

Someone else's site. Tried it with Firefox on XP Pro and Linux and always get the same result.
