photoshop cs4 pro needed

Boss let me bring home Master Suite disk set for work at home. Installed what I needed, including Premiere Pro. All worked well. I uninstalled the Premiere app and then I lost camera raw capacity in PS. I tried to do a repair install and when the install program tries to read the internal setting, etc, it freezes up on me. I even tried to do a full removal of all adobe items, but I am unable to do so since the install package freezes up the computer (XP pro SP3). Any suggestions?

System restore to before you uninstalled Premiere.

GLC,
It seems too much time has passed, what with all the attempts to re-install, etc. My restore list doesn't go back far enough to a time I am sure the camera raw part of PS worked. I guess I'll just wait for my regularly scheduled clean install of XP and start anew. Thanks
