Can anyone tell me which app was used to make this photo-show?

You could also do something like that in Adobe Flash.

Not without a decent amount of work.

The photo presentation was exported as a video, then uploaded to facebook, and played in their flash player.

I'm on a PC (Win7 RC) and don't have Flash experience.
Is there an equivalent tool for Windows that doesn't require lots of work?
