Acronis

I recently bought Acronis trueimage 2009.
I fitted a larger hard drive in one of my computers last night, and loaded the image from Acronis. The image was on an external hard drive.
The image loads ok, and the system works fine, but it only shows the hard drive size of the one the image was created from.
It creates the partition regarding the size of the old hard drive.
Does anyone know how I can make the whole disc available, without destroying data.

Thank you in advance

Jack

If you don't have the manual go here and download the pdf : http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing...cts/trueimage/

On page 59 it will tell you what you need to do change partition sizes when you restore an image.

Many thanks for the reply, I do have the instructions, but foolishly thought that it would not cover my problem.

Thank you again
