I know this may sound counter to what Outlook is supposed to do but I find it extremely annoying to have an Outlook reminder pop up while I am typing text of some kind. The Outlook reminder covers whatever application I have open and my typing immediately transfers to the reminder. As a result, I have to delete the partial sentence suddenly typed there and go back to the app I was working on to continue. It would be a lot better to just have these reminders flash along the bottom of my screen . Does anyone have any idea how and if this can be done ?
I am running Outlook 2003. *********************************************************************** ASUS M4A78-E mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131368 AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103675 G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166 OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341019 HIS H485QT512P Radeon HD 4850 512MB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161244 ********************************************************* "Patrick, your genius is showing." As you've seen - the options are limited to Display and Play a sound...You could change the sound to some snappy tune that plays for several minutes.
