Itunes Digital Copy

Hello,

First post!

I am trying to get my IPOD to play a digital copy video. I went through the motions and downloaded the video to itunes and then synced it up. It shows as a file on the itunes app and on the IPOD touch. The problem is that the IPOD says that it cannot load the file. I check the itunes app and the movie will run but no video will show. The chapter selections show a still image of the scene but it will not play a video!

I tried loading it a few times but still get the same result. Any ideas are helpful

If the video was purchased from iTunes, and you're not trying to play an HD movie on hardware that can't handle it, then you have to talk to support.

I've used both chat and email successfully just make sure you have your account information and information about the video handy if you pick chat.
If you decide to use email include the information.

Support can let you re-download the video again or give you a refund if it's a problem that means iTunes must pull the copy.
