Web Design Software

Our agency's web page is hosted by the local library, which makes revisions problematic since we don't have access to their server.

We plan to host our own website and I see that there's a multitude of web design programs out there. I would appreciate any recommendations you might have. This will be my first shot at this, so simple is good.

Thanks!

Start with a free WYSIWYG editor such as Seamonkey Composer (Mozilla).
