Checking email at work and home
Hi Guys,
I’m currently using Cox Internet, and would like to be able to check my email both at work and at home using Windows Mail. Unfortunately, email that is received on my work PC isn’t available on my home PC, and vice-versa. How can I configure my email client so that all of my email messages are accessible from both my home and work PC’s? |

There should be an option that will leave the messages on the server. Click that and then have it delete them after a certain amount of days so you don't fill up the server.

Thanks Shadow - i'll give that a try.
One more question concerning this - some of the email I receive contains pertinent info that I will need for around 3-6 months, or possibly more. If I move these message out of my inbox to a special folder will they stay intact even if I delete messages on the server? |

Once the email is on your PC, it doesn't go anywhere unless you delete it.
