Are these just calendars in Outlook or is the Google calendar part of this ?

For just Outlook go here : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...111491033.aspx

If your guys are using the Google calendar : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...674951033.aspx

many thanks for your reply , my problem isn't sharing my Calendar , my problem is that I have 12 staff members and I need to view their Calendars , is there a way where i can view their Calendar in one View , with out going into each one 's Calendar.

Do you have a group calendar function on your server ?

Both Word and Excel have calendar templates so you could use either to create what you want, or you could just treat the whole job as one spread sheet, and put it on the server.

Your people would keep their own calendars but they would also keep the server calendar updated if you gave them write permission : http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.asp
That means you'd have the "at a glance" ability you want.

Just remember that you're limiting "permission" to those 12 people and yourself.

I don't know of a way to set a group calendar in Outlook. It may be possible but was not among the options that we used. The best group calendar function we had was in Sharepoint, which takes some setup. And it does not pick up the calendar appointments from outlook, it has to be posted to. We required our team to post days off and business trips to this calendar so we knew who was in or out.
A workaround in Outlook that I've used. Set up a meeting as if having a real meeting. Add all of the people to the meeting. When it goes the point of setting the meeting time it will give a display of all the users and their free and busy times in a grid format. If all have the permissions set to view and share calendar, the busy time blocks can be hovered on to display what the activity is.

Hope This Helps.
