Copy lecture from CD to hard drive

I have some lectures on CD's that are about 40 - 60 minutes each that I would like to copy to my hard drive. Is there a quick an easy way to this or do I have to play them and record them to the hard drive? Thanks.

Right click the CD drive in My Computer, click on "explore" then right click each file, select "send to" and save them in your document file.
