Excel Printing Problem
Suddenly I've got a problem printing from Excel to my Samsung ML3560 laser printer, in as much as I send the print command and nothing happens, and there is no print queue listed.
I can print from Excel to my inkjet printer, and I can print from other programs (e.g. Word) to the laser printer, just not from Excel. I'm not getting any error messages either. Does anyone have any suggestions please? I'm using Word 2003 with Windows7.

Make sure you have an area defined that needs to be printed...And or open a new spread sheet and type something in about cell location E 15 then click the Print button.

When you go to print, check in the print dialogue box that it it sending the document to your printer and not to something like a PDF printer.

I tried all of these, without success, and finished up solving it by re-installing the printer driver which somehow must have been corrupted.
Thanks all, for trying to help. |
