Internet Explorer Behavior

Ok this is bothering me a bit MSN home page about 3 days ago changed, liked the new layout and the tool bar, addresss bar um thing at the top became "moble" for lack of a better word it would disappear until I put the mouse to the top of the screen. This morning it is back to the way it was before. Everyone in the house denis changing anything any ideas? Is it an option I can find somewhere? Is MSN messing with the settings for their homepage that makes my internet explorer change it's behaviour? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

I've had similar issues with my MSN toolbar and address bar. With me, the toolbar and address bar would be hidden on a second open window and could not expand it to show the bars. But today it appears correctly.
