Outlook reminders keep popping up

I've recently had to reload Windows and restore my .pst file. Upon loading the .pst file, it said it had been corrupted and I had to run Scanpst.exe to fix it. The problem I have now is that it keeps popping up a reminder that I had set before the reloading of Windows, which was probably still in the .pst, but it won't let me dismiss it. Well, it will let me dismiss it, but it keeps popping back up a short time later. It also won't let me open the item, so that I may delete it. I also can't find it on the calendar anywhere, although it was set to remind me every Wednesday. And of course, the 'Dismiss All' option didn't work.

Any idea where this reminder is coming from, or where Outlook stores it's reminders, or if there's any way of getting it to go away?

Any help is appreciated, as always.

Edit: Since dismissing the reminder appears to act as if I chose 'snooze', I decided to try 'snoozing' the reminder and got the following error message:

'Cannot postpone the reminder. The message you specified cannot be found.'

Funny how it keeps reminding me of a message it can't find.

Edit #2: I have run scanpst.ext. It found errors, said that it repaired them, but the problem persists.

I'd consider creating a new .pst file, then importing only what you need (contact list, email, etc.).
