What System Maintenance Utilities Do You Use?

There are many System Maintenance utilities out there such as Ccleaner, Tune-Up Utilities, Uniblue's software, etc.

What system maintenance utilities do you use? This can include pc optimizers, defrag software, registry boosters, cache, cookie, and temp cleaners, etc.

Also, what diagnostic software (if any) do use.

Not including antvirus programs because there are other threads here on that.

I'm just curious to see what other geeks out there are using.

Do you really want to know all of them?

nTune, Nvidia System Monitor, Acronis True Image, SiSoftware Sandra, Everest Home Edition, Riva Tuner, Speed Fan, CPUZ, Belarc Advisor, 3DMark06, CCleaner, Speccy, WinDirStat, DriverMax, Update Checker

Its amazing all the crap it takes just to keep a computer running normally..and a bit more if you want to tweak it.

CCleaner (I was very fond of RegCleaner so let's hope it catches up with the 64 bit era, soon.) and either the Windows uninstaller clean up utility or Revo Uninstaller are what I recommend.
The new version of Synctoy is now out and it's considerably improved, as well as free, so I recommend that also.

Thanks for the replies!

David M, I'm also interested in tweak software you may use.

Cleaners: In-built disk cleanup utility.

Defragger: Diskeeper 2010 professional running in auto defrag mode. It also prevents most of the fragmentation at the file write stage, so defragging is less frequent than before.

GPU utility: Riva tuner for controlling fan speed and checking temps on my GTX260. Awesome utility.

Windirstat for checking up on disk space.

TweakUI for some minor system settings.

That's about it.

EDIT: Sorry didn't see the 'no anti-virus' request. Removed that paragraph.
