When orginally installed, had no probems. Now it won't let me in. I went on the MS website and they had a program to take something out of the registery. Most of the time this has worked, but it keeps reverting back to not being able to open. When I do get it open I get this message: Cannot open our default e-mail folders, Outlook cannot start because a data file to send and receive mail cannot be found. To add data file, such as personal file folder double click the mail icon in windows control panel. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. Can someone help me with this?

It sounds like you need to scan and repair, is this the program you've tried : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...758311033.aspx
Even more interesting is what's "whacking" Outlook since this seems to be an on going problem for you. Any other mail programs on your computer or anything that updates to the "cloud"? Have you scanned for malware ?
