Outlook 2007 question

I type part of a sentence in Outlook 2007. Then when I hit enter the curser drops down a line like it should.
However the first word I type is always capitalized, even if I am in the middle of a sentance. Then I need to go back and correct it to a lower case letter. I am sure there has to be a setting somewhere to correct this, but I can't find it. Any help where to look ??? Thanks, Mike

Why don't you just keep typing and let the word wrap work like it should?

Tools > Options > Spelling tab - Spelling and Autocorrection ... button
Proofing tab > Autocorrect Options .. button > UNcheck "Capitalize first letter of sentences"
