Moving files

Hello all
OK so I have a New MacBook Pro - running Windows 7. When I try moving a file over to my MAC HD drive it gives me this.

Please help. I have no idea what needs to happen for me to move my files over to the MAC HD drive.

Did you set yourself up as the administrator with the necessary password ?

In W7 I don't have a password setup. There is only one user ME.... I am the admin so I dont see what the big deal is... Can someone please help !!!
