Adobe Photoshop info please

I'm using Photoshop to edit my images and am just wondering if their is a way to get a preview of the image on the right hand side of the screen like a little thumbnail (if anyone knows what I'm on about) basically I think I've seen before in other programs such as Corel Photo Paint that their is a little square box on the right hand side showing the picture being edited at the side of the big version of the picture so when applying the red eye tool for example you can click in the little square box and drag it to where you want to edit.

Can someone in the know help please as I'm really struggling to find that setting.
