save web receipts as PDF?

So I have a program that will convert any webpage to PDF, but when I try to convert web receipts from stuff I buy, all the programs I use don't convert the actual displayed page with my order #, address, etc etc.

Is there any program that you guys know of that does it will web receipts? I think the problem is that it is converting the URL of the web receipts which if you copy and paste it into another window doesn't show your web receipt. Something to do with encryption im sure, just wanted to know how i could get pass this so I have PDFS of all my receipts instead of having to press printscreen to save my receipts. Thanks!

Have you tried one of the PDF converters that install as a printer driver, such as CutePDF? All you have to do is select Print and choose the PDF driver as your printer.

thanks GLC for the tip, but when using this program it doesn't preserve the exact page as it looks in the web browser. very annoying.

It will preserve it as you would see it printed from your printer.

If you're using firefox, there's a screenshot tool called "Screengrab!" that will save the entire page as you see it, albeit in an image format rather than PDF.

Most web receipts have a link for a print-friendly version.

Click on the screengrab icon in the lower right in firefox. Use save or copy, and select "complete page/frame". That will copy the entire page including what you have to scroll to see.

Try to paste Print Friendly link into web to pdf converter at http://www.web2pdfconvert.com
Should work.

If that do not work then it mean that you are logged in and in this case online services will not help, you should install any pdf creation software on your pc.

Honestly, I wouldn't trust a random web service with a receipt/invoice that contains personal information and purchase history.
