Finance software for windows & ipod touch
I'm looking for a program that keeps tracked of my checking and investments my groups. It should download data and it can be used on my desk top and ipod touch.

Have you looked at Intuit's products already? Intuit recently acquired Mint.com which seems to fulfil your requirements (or at least some of them, such as the iPod thing).
