Boot loading software?

I have two drives that I would like to be able to easily choose which to boot from.

Is there software that will allow me to choose which drive to boot from during POST without having to go into the BIOS? This is different from software that would allow me to choose which partition on a single hard drive to boot from.

I was looking at hardware called a SATA switcher but if I can get a software solution I think that would be better.

Thanks

Hate to sound vague, but what are the operating systems on the 2 drives? What you are looking for is a "boot manager". No matter whether you use one built into a particular OS or a 3rd party solution, it's going to install on one of the drives - and if you remove that drive the other drive won't boot.

Both drives are Windows 7.

Ok, thanks, that makes sense. It looks like a physical SATA switch is the way to go.
