Diagnostic software

The supplier I use most for my computer parts would like us to do more homework before sending in our RMA's. To that end they have a support dept that recommends the following software to test the parts you want to return.

QA/Plus
CHECKIT
MICROSCOPE2000
MEMTEST86

The only one I'm familiar with is Memtest86.

Have any of you used/tested these utilities? If so what are you opinions?

If you didn't know about them before now, maybe you can make use of them in the future.

I would be interested in any feedback

I use Windows Ultimate Boot CD, I haven't come to any problem that can't be fix, unless it's a hardware, of course.
