Outlook Email
Easy question - I have a long list of contacts is a group and when I click on the group name the group name appears in the TO address. When I send the email all the names in the group appear. I want just the group name to appear. Must be a way to do that.

The temp work around is to put the group in the BCC line.
My Outlook 2003 doesn't do this...I can "expand" the group to show all... Try creating a new test group with a couple of members. Does it do the same thing.

Outlook Email
I tried a small group but I have the same problem plus a new one which may not be related. The new problem is when I click on Outlook. Outlook opens a for a few seconds and then disappears. I have used Outlook for years and have never had that problem. I am using Microsoft Suite 2000 and I used the original disk and "repair" the installation. No help.
