Angry Fire i have Windows 7 Pro 64bit, AVG crashec my computer with an "Infinate Loop Bug"

AVG really messed up my computer, it barely works, games womt stay installed, cant click on boxes sometimes.. it did an automatic system restore, but it is still messed up. i tried puting in another antivirus.. but i cant un-install AVG because the language file has been damaged.

i got AVG as an internet download, AVG is not responsive to giving me the Key and i can't log in.. i contacted support but they gave me an address that said i was not allowed in. now they just dont answer

is there some place i can go to get a free trial of AVG without signing up for a bunch of crap ..because my Anti-Virus is definately damaged. so is my OS, i will have to re-Load Windows7.. and everything else.

thanks..

later............ i found an AVG download.. but it cant download new AVG till i un-instal the present program i cant un-install

FINAL SOLUTION--- WORKED GREAT... http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download-tools

Wow, AVG really screwed up royally this time; they must have, if they are now providing people with a removal tool a la Norton. A number of machines have come to the shop with problems such as the one you had. Thanks for the link, this will certainly make my job easier.

Welcome to the world of bloatware AVG where things have become so complex that they are now a victim of their own success. Time for a MSE download.
