Ripping Program That Will Synch Audio
Trying to make DVDs of all of my old family VHS videos. I used a DVD recorder to back up the VHS tapes onto DVDs. That worked fine.
What I'm trying to do now is to Edit the videos and create menus and chapters with Nero Vision, however I can't the audio to synch up. I used bitripper to rip the dvds to .avi format, but the audio is out of synch. I tried using virtualdub to match the length of the audio and video tracks, that didn't work. I just need a good quality ripping program. These are family DVDs so there are no protections or anything to worry about. I just want the audio to synch up. Free programs are nice, but I'd be willing to pay a little bit to get something that works. Usually I would just trial and error it alot, but I'm trying to get this done by christmas. |

I could use that info too. I had the same problems rendering DVDs with Pinnacle's software that came with the capture card. That and a preceding problem has made me put Pinnacle on my "don't buy anything from again" list.
