Slow to Reach the Website
My PC (WinXPSP3 Home) boots up within a reasonable time but when I click on a website such os Outlook Express or Internet Explorer, it takes forever to connect (between 5-8 minutes). Hoever after the intitial connection, that is, back to Desktop, each succeeding attempt connect successfuly much sooner. I've tried all I know, clean up, defrag, cleaners, and other security programs but no joy. Any ideas what's causing this?
