Dragon NaturallySpeaking?

Just installed this on my computer and in the process of getting it trained. Seems to be working pretty nice and I think it'll help me move through a lot of documentation fast.

I have a lot of records and set up to do for my job. (My typing skills are far worse than they should be for what I have to do so hoping this is going help.) Have any of you used this software much? Any insurmountable pitfalls?

I have used Dragon Naturally Speaking, but not extensively. I found it useful for instances when I have a large amount of text already written or printed that needs to be entered into the computer. I use DNS and simply read the entire text into the computer without looking too much at the monitor. Then instead of trying to use DNS to correct any errors I save the results, and then proof read it and correct the errors using my word processor.
