Google Red X
Suddenly the Red X close button does not respond to one click and two clicks on the X minimizes. Right click and close works. The red X does not glow when the mouse points to it.
Can't find an option to fix the problem. Any ideas?

How when and where does this happen?
In a browser while on a Google page? If so - which browser? What happens if you click on FILE->EXIT?

Google Red X
The browser is Google and that is the one which does not response at the Red X.
