Yup, it is. Good thing you can choose to opt out during the installation.

Anyway, I downloaded the latest version of CC and took out the trash. Now I am ~500MB richer.

Note that CCEnhancer is not from Piriform, it's an addon written by a 3rd party.

So, do you have to download and install it separately? The CC interface did look the same to me to the older version that I was using at work.
