Outlook 2007

hello people it's been awhile .....a windows 7 machine running office 2007 is doing some things in outlook that I am not sure about. In the inbox when they receive mail the header appears with some information sometimes a phone number etc . when they open the email some of the the header information is gone , even if you close it .It only happens on some email accounts(people sending email) not all emails..

Not a user of outlook, and haven't a clue .I looked in tools etc and didn't see anything to change

Thanks a bunch
Hello all

AL

Im not sure where the setting is, but maybe switch it to plain text.
Also, did you try a reinstall of Outlook 2007. Possible bug at that time?
Do the headers show up if you print the mail, because I did briefly read about some strange bug for that version related to printing.

Didn't do any printing, and just some emails from some IP's it would happen . Haven't been back to check.
