Constantly installing Ubuntu in VirtualBox

Hi there,

I recently installed VirtualBox, and got Ubuntu running inside it, but every time I "boot" up the virtual machine, it wants to reinstall Ubuntu, which as you can imagine is a total pain in the neck. Could someone point out what I'm doing wrong, or what the issue could be?

Cheers,
Reid.

Are you properly shutting down the OS in the VM when you reboot?
