updates (Office)
There has to be a filter to stop certain updates from even getting started--like Office. Thats great I have twenty some updataes for office.
Is there a filter where I can pick and choose what gets down loaded etc... Like CLK here and no more Office uopdates will be bothered wirh  thanks in advance |

Use Microsoft Update, and turn off the automatic download - set it to only notify you. Then, when you do go to Microsoft Update, pick and choose by using custom, not express.
