Media Player
Has anyone used this? vuplayer.com
I ask because I am looking for a program that will import and export cdplayer.ini info from the CD. Why you ask. I had to change my CD database program to its successor due to the retirement of the programmer. The new one uses another database other than Gracenote and I want Gracenote access both due to it being a better database and to jump between programs without having to add or correct the same CD each time. The new program will read data from CDplayer.ini so I could use it as a go between. If there are other alternatives, I am interested. Thanks.

I understand it could look better, but I am looking for a particular function. I would rather drive a car that is over 10 years old and gets me somewhere I want to go than drive a newer model that won't. If I can have both, great, but I don't know of any offhand

Too true.
![]() And, I actually do like it's simplicity. Hey Q-man, I'm not sure what ini information you want, but this program says it pulls the cd information: SureThing CD Labeler 5.1.616 http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/M...D_Labeler.html I use the lightscribe version for my video projects and have never done the cd thing. But I think it's supposed to pull the info right off the cd and insert it automatically.

Now, don't get me wrong, I still think the best (and that's also best looking) CD-player was Windows 2000's CD Player.

No problem. Even if you weren't poking, it isn't like it is my program and you insulted it. Nonetheless, I reserve the right not only to respond, but to start poking back. ![]() Quote:
