Visually impaired needs help with Outlook Express

I am helping a lady with her computer and she is blind. She wants to know if it is possible to add contacts to her contact list in Outlook Express with keystrokes. She wants to do this when she receives an email and not have the program add it automatically but wants to choose who she adds as a contact.
Of course she doesn't use the mouse and has to rely on keystrokes to find her way around the computer. She has JAWS installed (text reader) but doesn't address this problem for her.

She has XP on her computer and she is comfortable with OE and doesn't really want to change to another program and start learning a new program again. so if anyone knows of a shortcut method that can be done on the keyboard to add a contact. She would be very happy indeed. Thanks guys.

Here's a little help:

VIEW->Layout->Make Certain CONTACTS is enabled

Then typing ALT C then the letter N will put her in a New Contact window.
