Video in video..angled?

Hey guys, i'm currently trying to expand my reaches in the ways of After Effects, and was wondering.

I cannot find this out anywhere, but is there a way to insert a video in a video, at like an angle.

For example, say there is a video of someone watching TV, can I take another video and angle it to where it looks as thought it's the natural picture emitting from the screen?

Sorry if this has been answered many of times, couldn't find anything. :3

Check out videocopilot.net. Lots of instruction on how to do different things including what you're wanting to do. I've done it before, I just don't remember how as it was about 4 years ago.
