Virus wont let me run executables.......

I have a virus that won't let me run any executable program, which prevents me from installing malwarebytes to try and remove it. Any suggestions on a program I can use to remove this virus?????

Have you tried safe mode?

After POST, keep tapping F8 to get to the selection screen. If you hit the windows loading screen, you missed it.

Run rkill.exe first. Download it from Bleepingcomputer.com and put it on a flash drive along with a current download of Malewarebytes. Run rkill first and it will shut down the virus so you can load mbam and remove it. Do this in Safe Mode with Networking as you will need to update Mbam before scanning.
