Downloading YouTube videos with Freecorder 5
I previously posted that on watching YouTube clips, although the dialogue was continuous the picture was freezing for a fraction of a second every few seconds.
I managed to find a fix for this by downloading Freecorder 5. The software automatically downloads every YouTube video I watch and saves it. When I want to watch it again I do so using Freecorder, which eliminates the intermittent freezing. However, many of the videos on YouTube are subject to copyright. Given this, is it not illegal to download them using Freecorder 5, even for private use? I live in the United Kingdom. |

It is clearly stated,
5. B. 'You shall not download any Content unless you see a "download" or similar link displayed by YouTube on the Service for that Content.' YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. |
