i need some reviews on 'Windows Security Essentials'

i find it pretty annoying, but is it a good thing to have operating.?

I have it on my machines and it never bothers me, it runs so quietly in the background.

There is no such thing as "Windows Security Essentials" so I hope you mean "Microsoft Security Essentials". If you actually have something called "Windows Security Essentials" running on your computer it's most likely malware.

As far as MSE goes, I run it on 6-8 computers here and it seems to work pretty well for me. What issues are you having with it?
