Windows Tracking Software
I know there is software out there that you can install, but is there anything within windows that you can track when people log on and off the pc and track the options? To my knowledge I do not know, but only software you can install.

Other than where IE, which is incorporated into the OS, says you have been, I don't think so.
I'm sure there is some freeware or trialware tracking or key logging software out there.
