What are some good programs for Temp, and performance.

I want to get other programs to test my temps on my CPU with a stock CPU cooler but I have done a couple of mods on my extra fans. Also is there a programs to test temps and performance on HDD?

I already did that but for some reason those temps change with the one on my BIOS.

Your BIOS temps are when there is no load on your computer. You can trust what PC Probe is telling you.

What about temps on HDD? I think it also tells me but it wont since it doesn't have a sensor.

If it doesn't have a sensor then you don't need to worry about that. Just back your data religiously and you should be fine.
