Hello everyone I've been online for days trying to resolve this . I have an Epson inkjet printer "Epson Stylus photo RX500 " that misreads the "NEW" refilled ink cartridges as empty. Initially was good but after running cleaning and adjustments now reads empty I had purchased a mega case of 14 cartridges six used at a time. I did replace them when this occured for the first time and they are now reading empty as well .Shake them and there is plenty of ink.I need to get software " if it exists " to fool the printer into recognizing the cartridges as full . I do have the SSC V 4.3 software but that is only good if you have full cartridges recognized and then do an ink freeze and swap the unrecognized cartridges . As well have cleared counters & did soft reset via printer controls , key combinations . Can the internal program be fooled , I'm told not by everything I've read and that an external chip resetter is in order. HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

You need a chip resetter. Epsons are a particular pain when it comes to this.
