Microsoft Publisher 2010: Licensed for use on 2 Computers
I saw Microsoft Publisher 2010 on sale on eBay. The sales information specifies that the software is licensed for use on 2 computers. Under this type of licensing agreement, do the 2 computers usually have to situated in the same household or the same business premises or owned by the same person?

I'd spend more time looking.... In the past - MS Office could be installed on YOUR desktop and YOUR laptop..... But - the add you linked to states-> Commerical License...

The only options these days are retail, OEM, or volume license. I doubt very much this is a volume licensed product.

There is also the "home and teacher" license - 3 computers in the same household.
In reality, you can install a retail copy of Publisher on 2 computers and nobody is going to give you a hard time. Install it on a third and it probably won't activate. |
