Graphics Problems
I have a Studio XPS 8100 with a I5 3.2ghz processor and a Nvidia GTX260 and 8 gig of ram. I have had this pc for a year and it has played all games I've thrown at it on max setting with no issues. About a month ago my games started getting laggy, I have done tests on the processor and run GPU tests and everything comes back fine. I ran a benchmark test in GTA4 and it came back at 6.11 FPS. Everything else on pc works and runs great. I have noticed once in a while that audio is not in sync with video. I have the latest drivers for my card and I reset the computer to factory settings but was unable to reformat the hard drive as Dell has it all on a partition and they didn't send a OS disk. I'm aggrivated and don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to reload it from scratch, press Ctrl+F11 on startup. That will use the recovery partition.
