fqpissed works suite 2000 HELP!!!

I have ms works suite 2000 installed on my computer. Everything worked fine after the initial install. However now when I try to open a template in Works Database I get the following message:

WKSDB caused an exception 10H in module WKSDB.EXE at 0167:0055e983

What does this mean? How can I repair it before my computer takes an unscheduled trip through the window!

Looks like a printer driver issue.
