Cisco CallManager can't do it

We have a phone extension that receives after hours support calls and texts the poor soul who has to man the after hours calls for that month. Sometimes the person manning the calls misses one and it can be a very important call. We hoped that we could have it call one person and if the call went unanswered 3 times it would roll over to someone else and so on, but Callmanger will not roll over it will just call whoever you have listed all at once. Does anyone know of a solution that would roll over to another number until the call was answered?

There should be "Forward No Answer Timeout" option somewhere. You can specify how long to wait before a call is forwarded after not being picked up and who to forward it to. I don't remember where exactly the settings for that are located, but the documentation should help.
